We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team in Melbourne. The Senior Product Manager role touches on several important company departments and offers a wide range of challenging activities and responsibilities across these areas including user experience, customer research, product development and brand marketing. You will be a key voice of the customer, and help drive great outcomes for our customers around the world.

Your role involves:
- Collaborating with our Engineering, UX/UI design and Mobile teams on multi-faceted projects that will lead to great customer outcomes and drive business growth
- Performing voice of customer studies, competitor and market analysis and integrating them into a compelling product vision that helps map the drivers of business value to product requirements to deliver a fantastic product
- Working with the senior leadership, engineering and content teams to set product development priorities and understand the drivers of success
- Teaming with Customer Service to ensure that we are building products our customers love and are solving their unmet needs.
Who we’re looking for
You should be a highly skilled communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the company and be capable of working independently and driving projects whilst collaborating closely with others.
You’ll need to have experience building consumer-facing products in large scale website and/or mobile application environments, the proven ability to articulate and execute on a product vision and align this product vision to commercial goals, and have experience in a startup or tech environment.
You must be pragmatic and able to balance user and business needs with technical constraints, and be analytical and able to synthesise data from many sources to inform product direction. You’ll need to partner with skilled engineers and work collaboratively to solve customer problems.
You must be based in Melbourne. To be considered for this role you must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or have full Australian working rights.
